Nicki Minaj for H&M’s New 2017 Holiday Campaign

Nicki has clearly been all about her endorsement coins and this holiday season she’s picked up another one as the face of H&M’s 2017 Holiday Campaign. In the short film that will go live on November 28, Minaj plays a mother and a fairy to a young girl who’s trying to hunt down Santa’s evil brother who is trying to steal the holidays. I love the film’s overall empowering message,” Minaj said in a statement. “I love seeing this young girl become the champion that lives in all of us. There’s always magic in the air during the Holidays.” Catch glimpses of H&M’s holiday designs throughout the film, which are available in stores and at hm.com starting November 9. Gucci’s “Gara” Sneakers at Barney’s

These new “Gara” Gucci shoes are made for walkin’! The sneaker first seen in Gucci’s Cruise 2018 collection has made its way to possibly kicking Balenciaga’s Triple S out of the top spot. It seems as if designers are having a field day with remixing the old school orthopedic sneaker design. The bulky design features an oversized print of Gucci’s multicolored logo and lettering on its side. Barney’s is hosting “Gaza’s” pre-sale with the price marked at $820. Will you be coping em’? New Music: Migos “Motor Sport” featuring Cardi B x Nicki Minaj

What’s beef? Especially when it comes to Cardi B and Nicki Minaj after hearing Migos new track “Motor Sport”. It’s safe to say the devil was proven to be a liar yet again when they decided to collaborate in spite of the countless beef rumors. “Motor Sport” will appear on Migos new album “Culture II” the follow up to “Culture”, which debuted at number 1 February 2017. In the meantime, both Nicki and Cardi B have new albums in the works. Cardi is set to release her new album in November and Nicki has yet to release details. Who went harder… Nicki or Cardi B? New Music Monday: 112 ‘Both of Us’ featuring Jagged Edge

We’re now at the end of cuffing season tryouts set to begin the pre-season in exactly one week. While some of us want to find that one, a great majority of us want to have our cake and eat it too. 112 and Jagged Edge is giving us just that with their new track “Both of Us”.  The 90s groups are throwing us back to when we could not only hear a great track, but feel amazing chemistry in them. In a recent interview with 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, 112 told the story of the beef behind the music with Jagged Edge and where that puts both R&B groups now. They’ve been discussing the  possibility of a joint tour which isn’t far off when you think about with older R&B acts like Xscape and Monica joining forces creating super tours. The new album, Q.Mike.Slim.Daron is slated for release in 4 days, on October 27 and is currently available for pre-order HERE. You here for it?

The Weeknd for H&M’s “Spring Icons”

The Weeknd is definitely on a roll this year! New album, new tour, new videos and most recently a new endorsement deal with H&M. Though The Weeknd doesn’t believe in icons, H&M does and clearly considers him and his influence an iconic one. The collaboration includes pieces that are representative of The Weeknd’s style and how men dress today. Here’s what he had to say about his selections: “When I chose the pieces for Spring Icons Selected by the Weeknd, I was thinking about the way men dress today … It’s about finding the right balance between sharp and casual, with all the details that count.” The collection will be available March 2nd.
